Doctors rooms without lines for 9 DAYS!!!!

I work in a group practice of three doctors - two psychiatrists and one psychiatrists. We recently relocated our practice. We wanted our patients not to have the disruption of changing phone numbers. In our practice in Parktown North our phone lines were frequently down. When we moved we elected to have the lines ported to another telecommunications company (given Telkom's previous and ongoing inefficiency). <br> <br> The procedure for porting was initiated on 2nd September
