<p>Three weeks ago I requested a call back from the website as I am interested in purchasing a router and services from Telkom. Yesterday, I placed the order and received a message on screen saying a consultant will contact me. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would just like to find out if Telkom is interested in my business or should I consider alternative providers?</p>

So it is a week since the last communication. I am just wondering if this is how long you take with all your customers - potential, new and long standing? I wonder if it also take this long to collect money from your customers? O no! Wait! You customers probably miss a payment by a day or two and then Telkom jumps on the phone!

The last communication I received from Telkom was on the 5th of December. I have rep**** and provided the information as requested. Now my question still stands: Do you want my business or not? What should I do to get a product from Telkom?
