Do you still exist?

I need uncapped internet in my home. I phoned the number and I was left on hold. I remember a few years ago at my work there was many people complaining they could net get hold not assistance from Telkom. Alot of people I mean alot. Now my questions are 1. Can you supply me? 2. Once I join will I also have problems getting hold of you otherwise I would rather go to Mweb or someone else? Let me know as I need this done soonest? 3. I mean you are a telecom company so obviously if there is no problem your service should be better than everyone says??
