Do they really want new business???

<p>I filled out the online application for installation of a fibre line and was super impressed by the website but have been sorely disappointed since then! No one has called to follow up even though at the end of filling out all the necessary information on the website it states that an agent will contact you soon, When we have tried calling we cannot get through and I even tried going through their app to "chat to an agent" and still I have heard nothing even though I have used this to request a phone call and have sent through a message where I am promised an agent would be with me shortly. Who thought it would be so difficult to try and give a company some business! </p>
