Do they have a Technical repair division

Telkom does not seem to know what they are doing. Kindly refer to my historic complaint references over the past 3 months....Shocking don't you think. Then they wanted me to rate their service. Really !!!! Well the last reference number 422CRK050915 I received the following progress updates .\Fault is in hand with Technical repair division". The next communication \""Telkom is upgrading infrastructure in our area\"". Next I get a phone call on my \""dead line\"" telling me it's Telkom and they asked me for my telephone number. What's your point? If I phone my landline from my cell phone it gives me one of these two messages"
