Do the only have one technician?

I have never in my entire life worked with a less organised and knowledgable institution. You wait yen thousand years for a technician, wheh he does come, your line is still not correct and you have to wait another ten thousand years for a second technician. They do not know what products they sell and they do not know how to help. I cannot believe that I am forced to use these people.
