Do Telkom contractors repair ANYTHING?

<p>Despite Telkom contractors "Open Serve" driving around in circles in the area all day, our business landline and DSL line has not been working for over a month despite numerous calls, emails, promises, messages and other nonsense saying the "fault is being attended to" . Telkom is a joke. Open serve does not serve anything.</p> <p>In short, Telkom and their subcontractors are pathetic!!</p>
