Do Telkom care about their image as seen in Hellopeter

I wrote a scathing report on Telkom. As I hadn't received any response from Telkom. I wrote another even worse one. This is outlining the exceptionally poor service from Telkom. I am amazed at the lack of response again by Telkom, as they have done nothing to rectify their company and its image.
