Do not waste your time at Tygervalley Centre branch..,

Please stay away from the Tygervalley Centre branch as most of the staff seem completely *********** to fulfill their role they were assigned for in the shop. On 26 June we went to the shop to change a number over to a new sim card as the previous one was ******. The receptionist at the door checked our documents and said they were fine but the service employee said they were incorrect. I can confirm they were of more than they need. On the same day we went to the shop again with the thr now apparently correct documents and we were helped by the manager rather. He processed our request and said we can pick up the newly transferred sim on 27 June, Surprise, surprise, today there they **** us over and said we must come collect it Monday. This will be the 4th time at the shop now due to the complete and utter uselessness of the employees. We as customer should be paid the manager's per hour rate for wasting our time as he obviously did not do his job.
