DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH TELKOM

Yet another bad experience with telkom! I Cancelled my upgrade order for an iphone 13 and ordered the s21 ultra. i was told that the iphone application was cancelled on my new order was processed but to my ''surprise'' the iphone was couriered days after cancelling, I did not accept delivery of this and i contact the agent I have been dealing with, Gonasagree Rajoo (G) <***> , which was going great in the beginning but then she started providing a rather disappointing service just like the rest of the *********** staff at Telkom. she fed me lies and told me everything i needed to hear, along with empty promises such as promising to provide feedback. She is now even ignoring my emails, all this after receiving a call from her apologizing for the inconvenience caused and refused to take any blame or responsibility for her lack of communication with her colleagues. I have still not received my device or any feedback. Heading to the store to cancel everything I have with Telkom and taking my @$$ to another provider!!
