Do not use the Telkom network!

Please do not open a contract with Telkom. I recently opened a contract with Telkom on the 1 December. They have been deducting their monthly amount but since January the SIM card was suddenly just suspended and ever since up until today I have gone to a Telkom store and phoned them numerous times and every time they send me a message saying my case is resolved but I still can’t use the SIM card. On top of that they are charging me an extra amount for something I don’t evens know why. Telkom is the junkest network.
