Do not use telkom. Useless

Telkom is a bunch of *********** employees running around like headless chickens that does not know what to do and how to do their work. I have a contract, skipped one month's payment, paid double payments the next month and a debit order went off. I reversed the debit order, account is paid up to date. Telkom employees cannot graspt that the payments have been made. Account has been suspended. Invoice shows the correct balance i have to pay this month, voice that tells you your account balance says correct amount. Telkom employees and system is f&£ked beyond beleive
