Do not use Telkom, they don't respect their customers

The worst service ever. They delivered the wrong phone and are now forcing me to take it, after I specified the phone I want. All their consultants were dishonest about initiating the cancelation, including a man named Tsakani Shiundlani, who even gave me a **** ref number for the courier company. To this day, the phone is still with me and unopened, they refuse to take it back even at their Telkom stores. I regret using Telkom. Just order from iStore and avoid Telkom for your sanity. They don't believe in customer satisfaction. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would.
