What ever you do, please do not take a Wi-Fi contract with Telkom.

I was overcharged last month and when I did a follow up I was told by the agent that they would refund me. I received an invoice today and instead of reimbursing me the invoice indicates that I will be paying MORE this month because THEY ADDED SUBSCRIPTIONS ON MY ACCOUNT!! How am I paying more when I still have not received my reimbur*****t. *******!
