DO NOT USE TELKOM, ***********

WORST service I have ever received. I cancelled my contract with telkom in feb online. I received an message saying they aren't sure which service I want cancelled. I immediately called an agent to guide me through so that it can be canselled. After the long conversation with her i received an sms indicating customer report reference has been restored.

Since thwn i have been on the phone with them countless times, inboxed them on facebook and they still deduct R1500 every month because THEY only canselled the contract in June. Ridiculous that I have had to waste so much money calling them (not to mention all my time) to simply cansel a contract. I have gone through all the necessary steps to cansel it, i have forwared all the information to them twice!!! And the response that I receive from them is to send them a query (after i send them everything twice). It is a complecte mockery from their side with employees who are completely ***********. I have spoken to 3 agents and inboxed them on facebook and NOTHING
