DO NOT USE TELKOM IF YOU WANT AN INTERNET SERVICE

Probably the most *********** organisation I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. For 6 months I have been charged for an uncapped service and for 6 months I have recieved a capped fibre service. I have called just about every month, I get a ticket number and NOTHING happens. Sales won't take responsibility, technical apparently don't know how to activate the uncapped service. What a bunch of jokers. Pathetic customer service, imbecilic employees and no one willing to take ownership of the problem. Trying to speak to a supervisor or a manager is impossible as there is never anyone in the office. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Smoke signals are more reliable. Absolutely disgusting!
