DO NOT USE TELKOM, IF IT'S FOR FREE!! STAY AWAY

The customer service I received from Telkom is absolutely HOPELESS, USELESS, PATHETIC, DISGUSTING and the list goes on.... I am paying for service and I do not get what I pay for. Case number is ********** 8. My LTE device gives me speed of 10kbs and nobody can help. The only thing the call center is there to do is escalate the issue. They've been escalating the issue for over a week. Soon my issue will reach outer space and still no one will help me. Then when I want to cancel my contract, I am now told I need to pay a fee!! WHAT FEE?? You guys should be paying me a penalty fee for services not rendered. Now I know why Telkom is losing subscribers by the 100s of thousands each year. Good customer service doesn't exist in this organization. They should rather shut down their business or give to capable and competent people to operate. I will definitely not use Telkom ever again or recommend it to anyone, even if it's for free. #Telkommustfall
