Do not use Telkom Gateway Branch

High dissatisfied with the service from Telkom at the Gateway Branch. I went to this branch to cancel my data (ADSL) and open a LTE contract but I advised the consultant Ayanda to not cancel my line, just the data to which she said yes just to find out at the end of the month, my line was cancelled. I visited the branch 3 times and not even the manager will help. His response was email the consultant and request a reversal on the account. I don't think these consultants are trained or care about customer service. Extremely useless and I would not recommend this branch, I would suggest using the La Lucia branch as they do provide better service.
