DO NOT USE TELKOM FIBRE, DO NOT GET ANY ACCOUNT/S WITH TELKOM

Telkom had handed me over to their attorneys without warning. I have had my account closed and was advised that it was closed. Two months later, i realized there is a default judgement on my credit report from Telkom. I made contact and was referred to their attorneys. Telkom claimed i owed them for the last month even though the service was cancelled. I paid their attorneys and received a paid up letter which i sent to Telkom. I never heard back from them. I had to deal with ITC directly to try and clear my profile. Several attempts to get Telkom to assist has been fertile. They insist the account is closed on their side but then i am still dealing with this showing on my credit report so many months later. They are only concerned about taking your money and they will not assist you further once you pay even though the charges are bogus.
