DO NOT USE TELKOM FIBRE!!!

Telkom installed a router so we cud use fibre. It worked for a few days then went off. Calling n calling and getting transferred from number to number...eventually someone called and said i am not registered on the system!!! How can u install a router...set everything up and then Telkom says I dont exist! What a bunch of *********** *****s!!!! I want this sorted ASAP!!!
