Do not use telkom fibre!!!

Telkom keeps cutting us off apparently for not paying our bill, even tho they overcharged us and when I called them to clarify the issue they agreed that it was a fault on thr side and said it will be sorted, however... They still disconnected us and guess what's the worst part?? They charge a reconnection fee each time even tho the fault is on their side, do not use telkom, yes its reasonably priced and the fibre is great, but the service really sucks... I am thinking of paying more and using another network, telkom service is truly pathetic! M
