DO NOT USE TELKOM AS A SERVICE PROVIDER - WORST SERVICE EVER

The worst Data and helpline service ever! I was given the data card by my company to use and I have had NO Internet connection for the past week. Everytime I call the helpline I get sent around in circles - even when the administrator on the account called to give me security clearance to log a call when I call my ID number can not be found on the system and no one is prepared to help me troubleshoot the issue.

It doesnt help that I work remotely in a different city from the administrator who is authorised and I need to call from the card that has the issue to trouble shoot

All I can say is DO NOT EVER USE TELKOM AS A SERVICE PROVIDER. I AM ADVISING MY COMPANY TO CANCEL THE SERVICE AND GO WITH ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER
