Do not use Tekom

Never ever take out a contract with Telkom. I canceled my contract in December 2021,which had expired. They are still deducting a premium from my account. You cannot phone or email them. They are always phoning with regards to new contracts but you cannot get hold of anyone through any other means as to go to their shops. I have been to the kiosk in Gezinza and they assured me the contract was canceled andI know I see they have deduced again this month.
