DO NOT UPGRADE -TELKOM - CUT you off and COULD NOT CARE

Telkom offered a upgraded package - 20mbs uncapped, from 10mbs uncapped at no extra fee - so we accepted Silly thing to do - the in the upgrade managed to delete our user name so now for the 3rd day - no internet - does not matter how many calls - they just say they have escalated it to their technical department - then - you guessed it - NOTHING So - don't upgrade - they will just mess with you - and NOT be able to fix it or CARE - Both my wife and I work from home and the businesses and staff depend on this link - my reference is ***3 and the last message I got - this Fault ref has been closed - BUT still NO connectivity!!
