I know many people out there are having many different issues with Telkom... their service is a joke, their systems are obsolete and there is no way of having any issues resolved by them.

I have been having the same issue with Telkom from the very start of opening the account a few years ago. Every month I would end up having an argument with some *********** staff member then being promised the matter will be sorted, to having the very some discussion a month later!

Now sitting here at a loss for words as I don't know what else I can do to be heard or get in touch with the correct person to have this matter seen to. I have been given an array of numbers to contact either I get no answer or the person on the other line says it's not their department or I end up leaving messages for a supervisor or manager to call - who never CALL back!! I have written emails and NOTHING!

Absolutely the worst company under the sun to deal with!
