Do not trust Telkom

Be warned. Telkom consultants phone you offering you deals and when the deal turns out not to be what thy say You have no way to get it corrected. You are sent from department to department to department each time having to wait 25 min before you get served. Amazing how something that actually started working somewhere can get broken totally again. Do not fall for deals being offered. You can clearly not trust anyone in Telkom to provide the correct information.
