Do not take telkom wifi

I have a 50 meg wifi line. This never worked. I've logged many queries and nobody could've actually help me. I've canceled this thing a month ago. They wanted to charge me R23000 for the router. I told the guy and said listen I'm not paying for ANYTHING as this thing never worked / no signal from the day I got it. I told him come take your ****ty router I don't want it and I'm not paying for something that doesn't work.

He said the cancelation team will get into contact with me to arrange for router pickup. It's been 2 weeks and nobody called me yet
