DO NOT TAKE A TELKOM CONTACT YOU WILL REGRET IT

I have been trying to cancel my Telkom contact for a while, I am unable to cancel my contract because they did not update my profile to reflect funds they collected from my bank account. I am getting billed new amounts because I cant cancel my contract that already expired. They keep saying its not updated while i keep getting a bill monthly ***
