DO NOT GET A CONTRACT WITH TELKOM!!!

I wish I had taken advice to not open a Telkom account because you will pay until you die even if you have cancelled.

I cancelled my contracts telephonically in November 2022 since i got wifi. It was confirmed that the contract are cancelled since i was on a month to month contract. To my suprise, it went on and i once more emailed Telkom to confirm cancellation in May 2023. I got email confirmation of cancellation

Tell me why i am negatively reported on my Credit Profile? I got a call from Eusebia Mokoena on the 06th April 2024 she profusely apologised for what Telkom did to me. She confirmed that if i pay R296.53 everything will have been settled.

Today i am told by Blake and Associates that i owe R1086.55? FOR WHAT!!!!! I last got any type of service from Telkom in November 2022!! I am reporting this to the Ombudsman I am sick and tired!!!!
