do not TAKE a contract with TELKOM they are *******

<p>There was supposed to be a reversal done back into my account of which Telkom over debuted from my bank account obviously without my approval, Telkom said that they are going to reverse the money on the 24th of August bank into my bank account. Another month is going to end and they still haven't done so instead they keep saying that they are going to look into the matter and everyday I speak to different call center agents whom have different knowledge. Today the agent said that they are going to credit the money into my Telkom account whereas I specifically asked for the money back into my bank account. I really wish I never took a contract with Telkom as they do not know how to legally operate in the sense that they add on bills to people's accounts without their approval and do as they want into people's bank accounts. Yet again they will enthusiastically call and say that they are looking into the matter and will resolve it unsuccessfully. Telkom should stop operating as a service provider! And yes I was called also by their social media team, asking me to change my previous complaint about Telkom into a compliment!!! Telkom really SUCKS DO NOT TAKE A CONTRACT WITH TELKOM </p>
