Do not switch to Telkom

Telkom has become a **** network. I bought airtime via a capitec bank application. They deducted my money but did not send the airtime through to my number. I logged a case with them, called them countless times to get the updates and to my shock they closed my case without reimbur*****t, they keep asking me to resubmit my bank statement but nothing gets done. Its been a month now dealing with their *********** staff and its straining. Do not switch to Telkom. DONT!
