is there anyone competent or helpful working for Telkom? I have never experienced so much continuous bad service and ********* business. You are well known for maintaining your useless service. Well done. I have a list of people with proof of this ********* service. You bill me incorrect every month. All I need to pay is a fixed amount of R219. You overcharge me every month. I made all these payments keep my fixed line on. I finally checked all my bank statements and I have proof that it has been paid every month. Where the extra charges come from only you @telkomsa will know. Your useless online service does not help anyone I know and we get no response to any faults being logged. I make it my mission to expose this everyday on all platforms with the ombudsman with proof of all the people's complaints mainly with incorrect billing.
