DO NOT sign up with Telkom please!!!!!!!!!!

I'm giving telkom a 1 star becuase I cannot give them a zero rating.

In March I called Telkom to settle my phone contract. I made a full payment of around about R1500.00. At first they kept charging me even though I have paid for the device. Eventually they refunded me money and that was resolved.

I called them in July to check if my Insurance on the device is still active. The Agent told me that the insurance has been cancelled, I asked him, who gave an instruction to cancell the insurance? he could not answer me.

I have been calling Telkom about this till today, just imagine.

Its December now and my query is still outstanding. I cannot speak to a Supervisor because they are always busy. To be honest the Agents are so unhelpful.

Do not sigh up with these people because once tou have an account problem, youre on your own.
