DO NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY

I have cancelled my subscription with Telkom however they still deducting and sending invoices. They even calling me to upgrade my package after I told them how pathetic they are.

They have more the customer service to a online portal which hardly works. No customer service line to call and dont even mention in store.

I have been with telkom for 5 years and will NEVER go back to them not even recommend my worst enemy.

There must surely be a reason they ranked 45th.
