DO NOT recommend telkom at all!

Lost my phone along with my car went to telkom gateway and the agent told me I have to wait for someone who went to dischem because I wanted to pay cash while there's tons other agents on site. I then went again to do a eSimswap, the agent deactivated the main physical card. I paid R99 so when I went again to get the mistake they did they're telling me I have to pay another R99? How? To fix your own mistake, the same agent that did the mess up is there trying to convince the agent trying to help me that he did nothing wrong and he's taking his word for it. You can clearly tell that he knows he made a mistake but won't admit ut then he raises his voices and starts pointing and me and my partner? Where is the professionalism? Absolutely disgusting service!
