Do not make use of Telkom

I am writing to file a formal complaint about the appalling service I have received concerning the delivery of my recent order. My product was dispatched with your chosen courier, Skynet Worldwide Express, and the experience has been nothing short of dishonest and deeply frustrating. For the past 3 days, I have been repeatedly misled by Skynet. On multiple occasions, their representatives have informed me that my package was "on its way" for delivery on a specific day, but they never arrived. Furthermore, Skynet has falsely claimed that they attempted to contact me and that I was unavailable. This is demonstrably untrue. I have made sure I was available and my phone has been on, yet I have received no calls from them. This level of dishonesty from a service provider is unacceptable. When I raised this issue with Telkom’s support channels, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. Your representatives simply reiterated that the product would be delivered, taking no ownership or responsibility for the failures of the courier you contracted. As the vendor, Telkom is ultimately responsible for the entire customer experience, including the final delivery of the product. At this point, I have no faith in Skynet to complete this delivery, nor in Telkom's willingness to resolve this issue informally.
