PLEASE stay away from TELKOM they are so pathetic and useless they cannot help when you have a query they only interested to new customer those who will bring more money and who does not know if they through colors, i have lost my 10GB within 15 days and all of my data was used while my device was off during the day while i was at work when i called them they told me that i missed use my data. I bought another 10GB it lasted 5 days it was also used while my router was off and unplugged form the charger and i was at work and i am staying alone and i do not even share my password. I was told by consultant to visit branch because they cannot help me because i am lying and they cannot help me. when i went to the branch i was told to contact the consultant again because there is nothing they can do, now i cannot continue to pay until this issue is resolve because TELKOM is *****ing my data they *******.
