do not join Telkom Mobile, it's a trap

<p>So whenever I buy R12 telkom airtime R5 goes away. When I called them 1st agent by the name Nosizwe said I must hold and I spent15 minutes holding until I dropped. 2nd agent by the name Clement told me that he is leaving at 17:00 so I must restart my phone as he reversed the airtime and he ****. 3rd agent by the name Andile told me that my balance is R6.42 when I told him it's R12.77 he told me his system is updated (insulting my intelligence). When I tweeted them they promised to get back to me which they never did. I joined Telkom because of cheap data rates and not knowing they will rob me airtime to make up for that discounted data rates. </p>
