Do not get Telkom internet, get Vumatel

Telkom is probably the worst internet service provider. They can fix issues or just resolve them as fixed with no feedback. Lazy company and useless staff. My LTE is constantly slow (only 2mbps). Telkom lies on their adds saying you can get 90mbps just to trap you in a contract. I have never even gotten close to that speed. I’m in an LTE hotspot but they keep my speeds down to share the load with other users. Account number is ********** 23 and the mobile number is ********** 554. My query is still open ********** 3. My LTE speeds stay between 1 and 3mbps. Wow so so fast. If you looking to get any type of internet go look at Vumatel.
