DO NOT EVER GET A CONTRACT WITH TELKOM, BUNCH OF BULLIES!!!

I had a data deal with Telkom in 2016, in 2018 after 24 months I called them and cancelled the contract and was advised it would take 21 working days, 21 working days later they took their last payment in December 2018 and I thought that was that, until they tried to debit my acciunt again in February, I tried to fight that until they bul**** me into making that payment by threatening me with lawyers in August 2019 and then received a Settlement Letter from said Lawyer, cut to November 2019 and I am trying to get a contract, which I was denied, only to find that according to the credit bureau company I am still under default/owe telkom and they(Telkom) need to be the ones to then inform them that I have since paid up my account, which they did not bother doing siNce AUGUST, hundreds of rands worth of phone calls and online chats later I am told that they cannot send the letter to the credit bureau company to say that I no longer owe them, What kind of BS is that?? You guys must think you are the only ones with lawyers.
