Absolutely pathetic customer services. My services have been switched off since Monday and every consultant I speak never seems to know what's going on. Upon explanation to countless of these call center agents, the problem is identified to be that collections is sitting with money they debited from my account. None of these agents are helping yet they tell me my service will be reinstated in 5 hours and 24 hours yet I am sitting here with no connection for FOUR DAYS. Nobody is helping. I do not owe Telkom anything. So ***********.
