Do Not Do Telkom Ever, Never Ever....

Countless business associates have advised me not to go with Telkom, yet I did. It's been the worst experience with a telecommunications company ever. A contract for an ADSL line was initially signed. The system was and endless string of problems and never work efficiently. Eventually we decided to go the cordless route as there is not fibrein the area. Richard Xhoba, who was excellent at the start and is now not even answering my call or my emails. He confirmed the only solution is a wireless connection and that the new contract would replace the old one. I took his word for it and he even said on the phone it was his fault and I should just pay the arrears. Why, you said it replaces the old system?! Now he is just ignoring my communication. Do not go with Telkom people, I promise you, many people have warned me. The wireless routers I had installed after are not that great either. I have a small Vodacom router that I purchased a month ago due to the lack of signal that works 25 times better than the Telkom routers, that are bigger I might add. Trust me, they're bad, I've was warned but ignored the advice and the signs. Even if you call the call centre they send you from pillar to post and you never reach the right one to speak to.
