DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Telkom Mobile.

I took out a Telkom mobile contract. The reason was because their contracts are the cheapest. But their after sales service is so bad!!!!! This is the second time I have listed telkom on hello peter, but it even makes no difference. They have cancelled my contract from telkom side, without any communication to me. Now I owe them R12000. I have NEVER requested my contract to be cancelled. I just want my contract to continue as per the 24 months contract I have signed. They did not take debit orders from my account after I have signed a debit order approval. Now they went and listed me. Please do not fall for the cheaper contracts as it is not worth the bad after sales service.
