Do not do business with TELKOM!!!

I regret the day I ever considered Telkom. I returned their useless LTE router as it wasn't working and I was told that I wont be debited since I returned everything well on time. This was in October. They have since been debiting my account and I'm told it's for insurance, which I cancelled. Today they have the audacity to send me a Letter of demand, after debiting more than R500 from my account. Trying to reach out to them has been fruitless. I have since reported the matter to the Consumer Commission. I hope they get fined! DO NOT do business with Telkom!!!
