DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TELKOM

I have been trying to cancel my contract for MONTHS with no success. Doesn't matter what I do or try they keep billing me. I have phoned non-stop, sent documents, phoned again, tried Twitter, Facebook - all of it.<br> <br> They are absolutely useless at customer service. You will better off sending a letter. It does not surprise me one bit that they are retrenching and running out of money.
