Do not care about customers

I have a cell phone contract with Telkom. At the end of November, I upgraded to a Huawei P10. The phone started giving trouble. My nearest Telkom store is in Port Elizabeth which is 250km from me. My sister works in PE, so I sent my phone with my sister in the original packaging with a letter explaining all the problems and also stating that I can not bring the phone in for repairs since I live far. They refused to take in my phone. The lady at Baywest Mall told my sister I have to bring it in myself. I can understand if they do not want to give the phone to my sister after repairs, but why do they not want to book it in? All telkom cares about is selling contracts, the after care is terrible!
