DO NOT BE FOOLED WITH TELKOM SPECIALS

I recently seen Telkom's uncapped home internet package on special. I have app**** for the service including a landline service. Much to my dismay I have had endless problems with Telkom. From the onset, the technician who installed right up to supervisors have had a bad attitude. I have clled in about 22 times to the centre. I have been sent from one department to the next. No supervisor comes to the phone to actully find out what is happening. I get told its a technical query and need to direct call there, then technical tells me its a sales query. I have even tried cancelling the entire service but that to doesn't work. Please be careful before you opt for a service from Telkom. They promise you a package especially those on sale and you will end up with a team of *********** people who would not be able to assist you. In the end you will be billed for a service you have not received and there will be no way to get out of it. Through all of this, the endless calls, waiting for technicians, supervisors I recommend anyone to opt for another service provider.
