DO NOT APPLY FOR A NEW CONTRACT WITH TELKOM!!!

I recently app**** for a contract with Telkom. I have 3 other products with them and chose to stay with them due to fami****ity and the deals they offer are quite good. Then I received a call, completed my application. This is where the disappointment sets in. no Call back, no updates, no information. its been a week and i called back and they cant tell me who processed the application as they use 3rd party vendors to process applications. AS an existing customer its utterly disappointing and as soon as my contracts expire i will be moving my business to another vendor. This services is disgusting and this is how they treat existing customers, it makes sense why they are not gaining any new ones either. DO NOT APPLY AT TELKOM. you will not get your device or any information about your application
