DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES AND OUT OF STOCK

I have been trying all week to find a Telkom shop that can give me the Prepaid Mobile Data package which includes a mifi router and sim card for R649 once off that is advertised on their website, but not one branch has any stock! I have tried calling various branches (Clearwater, Rosebank, Cresta) but not one of them answers their phone. I have been into Fourways Crossing who have no stock and Fourways Mall who say they do not sell prepaid. I eventually got hold of Telkom customer care who informed me that Telkom Nicolway had stock. I drove out there in rush-hour traffic yesterday as I urgently needed this package only to find that they do not have stock and have not had stock for ages! Telkom simply don't care!!! Their service is appalling!!!
