Do I have to get a hold of Telkom through hello Peter???

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">On the 4th of April 2016, I went to Telkom Bayside to order a Samsung J5. When I got there, there was no stock. The consultant ordered one and ensured my that I will be contacted when the cellphone arrived. Two weeks went by and when I heard nothing, I went to the store again. The cellphone was not there. The consultant asked if I had a second option he could help me with. I decided on the Sony xperia m5. This too, was not in stock. The consultant said that he would stay in contact with me about my order. Its been a month and I have not heard anything from Telkom. Ive called several times, literally a thousand times and not one time the phone was pickedup. When looking for another number to call, the telkom website says that the branch dont have a land line. I am astonished.Do I have to get a hold of Telkom through ****o Peter??? </span></p>
